Senior Debriefing Coordinator
Job Summary: Reports to the Executive Board. Responsible to act as liaison between debriefing coordinators of the CISM team and the Executive Board. Schedules Call Out Coordinators. May also serve as Data Coordinator.
Accountability:
- Coordinates a working debriefing coordinator’s schedule.
- Coordinates efforts of other debriefing coordinators. Makes personal contact with debriefing coordinator peers at least monthly. Apprises Executive Board of any peer concerns.
- Works with the Clinical Director to ensure that an intervention has been scheduled as requested.
- Provides the information of the CISM team members responding.
- Attend 80% of Executive Board Meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a member in good standing with a minimum of one year experience with the Utah CISM Team.
- Ability to volunteer a flexible number of hours needed to complete given assignments.
- Attend the annual training and other required training sessions.
