Instructor Endorsement
1. Eligibility Requirements
Must hold a current Utah EMS certification and successfully complete a Bureau-approved instructor methodology course.
2. How to Apply
Submit your application, background check, and course completion certificates through the online EMS Licensing Portal.
3. Renewal Info
Requires ongoing teaching hours and continuing medical education (CME) specific to instructional techniques.

1. Eligibility Requirements
Requires official affiliation with an EMS agency and a written recommendation from the agency's Medical Director.
2. How to Apply
Complete the Training Officer application within the licensing portal and attach your agency recommendation letters.
3. Renewal Info
Must maintain active agency affiliation and attend required Bureau update seminars.

1. Eligibility Requirements
Requires significant prior experience as an EMS Instructor and completion of the Bureau's Course Coordinator seminar.
2. How to Apply
Submit your application detailing your instructional experience through the secure licensing portal.
3. Renewal Info
Must actively coordinate at least one fully approved EMS course during your licensure cycle to qualify for renewal.
